The Governor General's Performing Arts Awards Foundation (GGPAAF) set itself a goal on its 20th anniversary; having the whole country, indeed the world, know Canada as ARTS NATION, through its music, literature and films. We invite you to use it, to own it. It’s who we are. Canada is known for its performing artists, for everyone from actors to musicians to broadcasters, and we spend more than twice the money on live performances than for all sporting events combined. Delve into our multimedia and nominate Canadian artists and volunteers for the Awards. It’s up to us to keep the conversation going!
